Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

8U Graduate Program

We are committed to providing a fun and safe experience for all participants. However, due to the nature of our program, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following carefully before registering: Payment: Payment is non-refundable. Dismissal: We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the season for behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or violates the rules and regulations. In such cases, no refund or credit will be given. This also applies to parents who are disruptive at practices or games. If a player is suspended for their actions or for their parent’s action, no refund or credit will be given. Injuries: We understand that unexpected events can occur during the hockey season. The Arapahoe Warriors Organization has a Zero Refund Policy. To help protect your investment, insurance is being offered at the time of registration. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing your child with a positive and memorable experience.

Arapahoe Fall Invitational

A team will receive a refund of 80% of the fee if they must cancel out of the tournament and notify the director in writing 30 days before the tournament begins. No refunds will be given for team cancellations without 30 days' written notice. There is no admission fee for spectators.
